You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• misuse the Site (including introducing malware, scraping in a way that harms our systems, or attempting unauthorised access);
• submit false, abusive, or unlawful content via forms or account details;
• use the Site in a way that infringes others’ rights or our intellectual property.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or if needed for security or maintenance.

Some features (for example profile, order history, or checkout) may require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of security.

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to create an account and place online orders. If account features are disabled on the Site, these sections apply only when those features are switched on.

We may refuse registration, or suspend or terminate accounts, where reasonably necessary (for example suspected fraud or abuse).

Menu items, prices, images, and descriptions are for general information. Photos are illustrative. Availability may vary by day or location/coverage area.

Allergens and dietary requirements: UK food information law requires accurate allergen information for food businesses. Where allergen information is provided on the Site, we take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but recipes, suppliers, and preparation environments can introduce risk of cross-contact. Always confirm allergens with us when ordering if you have a food allergy or intolerance — especially for severe allergies.

Spiciness levels and “vegetarian” or similar indicators are guidance only. Please ask our team if you are unsure about an ingredient.

Where online ordering is enabled, submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept your order (usually by confirmation email/message or when we begin preparing your food), subject to availability and successful payment.

• Prices are shown in GBP (or as indicated) and include VAT where required, unless we state otherwise.
• We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and may refuse or cancel orders affected by them. If already charged, we will refund accordingly.
• Payment is processed by our payment partners. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• Delivery or collection estimates are not guaranteed times; delays can occur due to demand, traffic, weather, or force majeure.
• Delivery may only be available in listed coverage areas. We may cancel or require collection if an address is outside our service area.

If online ordering or payments are temporarily disabled, you may still browse the menu and contact us by phone or the contact form.

Consumers — distance contracts: For many distance-sold goods there is a 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, food prepared or delivered for consumption (including hot meals and perishable food) often cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun, and you may lose the right to cancel for goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or that are custom-made, as applicable to your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. If preparation has not started, we will usually accommodate a cancellation or modification. If preparation has started or the order is out for delivery, refunds are at our discretion unless required by law or the food is faulty.

If food is incorrect, missing, or not of satisfactory quality, you may have remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate). Contact us promptly with your order details so we can put things right.

Promotional offers, discounts, and vouchers are subject to their own terms (validity dates, minimum spend, exclusions). We may withdraw or modify promotions without notice where reasonably required, without affecting orders already completed under a confirmed promotion.

All content on the Site (including branding, logos, text, images, layout, and software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without our prior written permission.

If you send feedback, reviews, or form messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for service improvement and (where you agree or it is appropriate) marketing, without paying you. You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you acknowledge that policy. Contractual and privacy documents work together; if there is a conflict on data-protection matters, the Privacy Policy prevails for those issues.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• breach of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

• losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the Site or ordered;
• business losses (lost profit, revenue, or goodwill) if you use the Site for business purposes;
• failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including major outages, network failures, strikes, extreme weather, or supplier failures);
• the accuracy of third-party sites linked from ours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from a particular order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. For website use not involving a paid order, our liability is limited to proven direct loss up to £100, except where the law requires otherwise.

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is complete or error-free. Features may be added, changed, or withdrawn. The Site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Payment processors, maps, analytics, or social platforms used with or linked from the Site are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for those services except as required by law for our relationship with you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms, except where acceptance is required by law (for example for significant changes affecting ongoing consumer contracts). For concluded orders, the Terms in force at the time of that order generally apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may allow you to bring proceedings in your local UK court if you live elsewhere in the UK.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. UK consumers may also seek advice from Citizens Advice or use alternative dispute resolution where available.

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer our rights and obligations where reasonably required (for example a business sale).
• These Terms (with the Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms) form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site, replacing prior discussions on the same subject.
